● CHECK-IN ●

Hotel open 24 h.
Two days before your arrival you will receive an email with the link to be able to check-in online in order to avoid waiting at the reception. You can enter your data from your smartphone or Iphone, once you arrive at the hotel it will be sufficient to show us the documents.

Rooms will be ready from 2.00 pm (save certain exceptional circumstances)

● CHECK-OUT ●

Check-out is scheduled for 11.00 am.
If you wish to vacate the room later, please use whatsapp. However, we have a handy changing room where you can take a shower and we also have storage facilities for your suitcases.
We accept cash within the limits of the law, VISA card, American Express, MASTERCARD – POSTEPAY. (checks are not accepted)

● WI-FI ●

At our hotel you’re always connected, wi-fi is free and unlimited in both public areas and rooms.

● ROOM ●

Daily cleaning takes place daily to offer you an always clean and safe environment by 14:00 pm.
Every day many tons of towels are unnecessary laundered in the hotels all over the world using a great quantity of detergents. Please, make a choice: Throwing away towels on the floor means: “Please replace them”. Placing the towels on the towel-rack means: “I’ll use them again!”
You can use the bathrobe only in the Hotel: it is not a gift.
You can change it with a extra-charge of € 5,00. The afternoon before departure the housekeeper will pick it up from your room. For the loss will be charged € 20,00 each.
If you DON’T want to be made the turn down service room, please advise the reception via whatsapp messages.
Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
All rooms have a mini-bar with welcome water included.
We have some programmes in Italian, English, French, German and Russian.
In our bar we have some Sky channels.
Management is not responsible for values left unattended. The rooms are equipped with free safe.

● RESTAURANT ●

Breakfast from 7.00 am to 11.00 am
Dinner from 19.30 pm to 21.30 pm – will be served at the table
Meals not consumed will not be deducted
If the booked treatment only includes breakfast, you can still purchase the extra dinner by always booking via whatsapp messages.
Some foods served may contain substances that cause allergies or intolerances. If you are allergic or intolerant to one or more ingredients, inform us and we will show you the preparations free of specific allergens.
Few rules for the respect of all guests:
-We don’t demand elegance but we love composure, it is recommended to go to the restaurant with appropriate clothing, don’t go in a bathing suit or shirtless.
-During dinner, men are not allowed to enter with short shorts or a tank top.
-It is not allowed to bring food and drinks inside and outside the restaurant
-Drinks or meals not purchased in the hotel is not allowed, both in the bar and in the restaurant.

● BAR ●

The bar is open from 11.00 to 24.00
The drinks will be served at the table
Drinks or meals will be charged to the bill/room
The light lunch service will begin at 12.30 pm

● BEACH TOWELS ●

Hotel Boemia offers beach towels service at the reception.
Upon delivery a deposit of € 10,00 per towel will be requested which will be returned at the end of the stay upon return. The towels remain available to the customer throughout the stay with the daily change.

● CHILDREN ●

There is no animation inside the hotel.
Parents are invited to supervise their children to ensure peace of mind for all guests.
Younger guests can access the swimming pool and use the lift only if accompanied by their parents.
The hotel provides high chairs for the dining room and provides a cot free of charge, please request it when booking.

● BIKE ●

At the hotel you’ll find about 20 city bicycles free for guests aged 18 or over to use.
Some of them are fitted with child seats.
If you’re a cyclist and want to rent road bikes or mountain bikes, our hotel collaborates with a local professional shop.

● PARKING ●

From April to September, the hotel offers:

Parking spaces in a basement garage 20 metres away accessed by electronic card for € 20.00 per day.On arrival you can stop the car in Viale Antonio Gramsci, in front of the main entrance where your luggage will be unloaded.
During other months (with the exception of bank and public holidays) parking spaces in the garage are free, subject to availability.

● SWIMMING-POOL ●

Our hotel has a special suspended outdoor pool, a bit like a spacious and relaxing aquarium. It is 1.2 metres deep and ideal for adults and children alike. It is open all year and in winter, is heated (26-30 degrees).
Open from 10.00 am to 19.00 pm
Few rules to have more fun:
• Access the pool area by passing through the foot-washing tank to deposit sand and impurities
• Before entering the tub, showering with detergent is mandatory
• Diving is prohibited
• Children must always be supervised by an adult
• To guarantee everyone the same dose of relaxation, the sun beds are free for everyone
• It is forbidden to leave your towels and effects on the beds or in the area during closing hours

● CRYSTAL OASIS relax area ●

On the first floor of the hotel is the small Crystal Oasis relaxation area (Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, relaxation area, 3 treatment cabins, one of which for couples massages).

The wellness center is open from Tuesday to Friday from 15.30 to 19.30, Saturday and Sunday morning from 9.30 to 12.30 and afternoon from 15.30 to 19.30.

● PETS ●

Small pets are allowed in our hotel, with supplement.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, swimming pool and wellness center.

● LAUDRY ●

The hotel has an external laundry service, at the reception you can see the price list. You can put your clothes in the special bag that you will find in the room, the housekeeper will collect them. Normally the delivery times are one or two days.

● EXTERNAL GUESTS NOT REGISTERED ●

For reasons of public safety, it is not allowed to introduce people who are not regularly registered in the hotel without notice.

● CITY TAX ●

The amount of the tourist/city tax is € 3.00 per day per person, except children under 14 years.
